📦 When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. As we currently deliver only within Poland, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your computer table has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor the delivery status at any time.

🚚 Where do you deliver?
At this time, Carjfdse ships exclusively within Poland. We are working toward expanding our delivery options in the future.

🔍 How can I track my order?
After your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and tracking link. This allows you to check real-time delivery updates directly from the courier service.

💳 Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure and widely used payment methods in Poland, including:

All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems to ensure your information remains protected.

⏳ What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
While we aim to deliver all computer tables within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to public holidays, high demand periods, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. If your order has not arrived within the expected period, please contact us at info@carjfdse.com or call +48 601 987 622, and include your order number for faster assistance.

🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the computer table is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending the item back so we can guide you through the return process.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your computer table arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@carjfdse.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.

🛠 Are your computer tables easy to assemble?
Yes. Most of our computer tables are designed for straightforward assembly with clear instructions included in the package. Basic tools may be required, and estimated assembly time is typically listed on the product page. Many customers complete assembly within 30–60 minutes.

🧽 How do I maintain and clean my computer table?
Our computer tables are made from durable materials designed for everyday use. In most cases, simply wiping the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools to preserve the finish and structure.
